For Current Nightingale Families
Click on the Apply Now button. Enter your username and password for the Nightingale website when prompted.
For applicants to the 2025-2026 school year, we do not yet know if we will have space available in Classes II-IV. However, we would like you to begin the application process by submitting an application and we will keep you informed as to space availability as the year progresses.
Schedule Student Assessment
After you submit your application we will attach an online checklist that will be viewable when you next sign into your account. The checklist will allow you access to the online appointment calendar to schedule a time for your daughter to come visit in person for a group assessment. The admissions team will contact applicant families via email in the fall of 2024 with the specific dates for group assessments. There will be no formal programming for parents/guardians during the group assessments and you are welcome to have a caregiver or other adult bring her to the appointment.
Schedule In-Person Parent/Guardian Tour and Interview, or Virtual Parent/Guardian Interview
Please use the online checklist to schedule one of two options for an interview:
You will schedule an appointment for an in-person Schoolhouse tour with a current parent that will be followed by a conversation with a member of the admissions team. The duration of the visit will be approximately 90 minutes.
OR
You will schedule an appointment for a virtual conversation with a member of the admissions team. This appointment will be held via Zoom, and participants are welcome to join from different locations. The duration of the call will be approximately 30 minutes. We will schedule your Schoolhouse tour at a separate time. Please contact Admissions & Financial Aid Coordinator Nat Chery at nchery@shadleysoapstone.com, or call 212-933-6515, to schedule your Schoolhouse tour.
All interview appointments after December 6 will be virtual appointments.
Request School Records
Request that your daughter's current school send school records directly to Nightingale.
Register for the ISEE II-IV Standardized Test
The ISEE Primary Assessment Grades II-IV (ISEE examination) is a requirement for the application for applicants for the 2025-2026 school year. Please have the results sent to Nightingale directly by January 10 (our school code is 333860).
